What is the normal workout for a boxer?

What's the norm for cutting weight and conditioning for a fighter?
I'm really curious as to how these guys get in such great shape. What do they eat how do they work out?

Get up early, run. Go to work/school, run, go to the gym. Work on combinations, sparring, work intervals on the heavybag. Cool off, skip. Watch old fight films alone.

    It's a lonely, lonely trail.

Even mid level boxers are in ridiculous shape IMO and they work day jobs.

I'm being serious. I run about 6 miles every morning then do basic boxing after my homework. Every fighter is different though
