Carl Froch - Best win ?

Been re-watching a few Froch fights this week and it got me thinking.
What would you consider Froch's best win? Not necessary his best performance or most exciting fight..but the biggest win.

Gotta be Bute. He was spectacular in a fight most felt he'd lose.

      Best win...probably Kessler.

Pascal was the best fight, Taylor was the best finish, but getting revenge on Kessler wa crucial. Dirrell was also a good win in terms of beating a very good fighter who's style is all wrong for yours.

Bute was big, but I fully expected Carl to massacre him.

Pascal, as that was the fight that really propelled him into the big time. It was a great fight.

          He has a few.

Between Pascal, Bute or Kessler I would say.

Taylor and Abraham were 2 fights he was a relatively wide betting underdog in.

The Kessler win is getting kinda overrated now especially by Sky.

Let's face it, at the second attempt in a close fight, he beat a guy who Joe Calzaghe comprehensively beat 5 years ago and they're acting like this was some momentous night for British Boxing.

It was a great night for Froch. This pretty much sealed his legacy. Say Kessler is past it now but he hadn't beat anyone when Calzaghe beat him.

                Has to be Bute, surely?

Even though Bute was greatly overrated, it was a do or die fight for Froch's career.

I'd say Bute because of where it hung in his respected career. A loss against the number 2 ranked guy at 168 probably would have finished his career at that point in time.

Just remember going into each Froch fight since Pascal, where he was a favourite or the underdog.

Underdog: Taylor, Kessler 1, Abraham, Bute, Ward

Favourite: Pascal (both green but Froch was home), Dirrell, Johnson, Mack

                  50/50: Kessler 2

He will always have his doubters, and Ward aside, he will keep proving them wrong.

With the predictions going in, beating on Bute is definitely his best win.
