I actually like Nielsen, he was better than given credit for. So lets change it up....John Ruiz MUST be an ATG, his resumes is much, much better than Vits AND he beat a slightly past prime ATG in Holyfield, who had given Lennox Lewis all he could handle in his previous fight.

Peter - Crude slugger who went tooth and nail with a former middleweight

Adamek - Former lightheavyweight who's best win at heavy was Arreola

Arreola - Has never beaten another top 10 heavyweight

Donald - His career best win is over a ten years past his best Tim Witherspoon

Hide - His best win was over 11-1 Michael Bentt

Sanders - Never beat a top ten fighter before or after Wlad. Was stopped by Nate Tubbs

Williams - Come on, this is a guy who lost to Julius Francis

Kirk Johnson - Possessed skills but in his biggest fights always came in fat and out of shape

Gomez - Former cruiserweight who beat a few guys thought to be decent but were either past it or went on to accomplish nothing

Solis - Talented but still a novice by professional standards. Ridiculed for never being in shape
Don't forget Lennox Lewis and Chris byrd, everybody knows Vit really won those fights because he was up on points when he was stopped/quit so you should add them to the list.

What the hell was I thinking? You're right, in Klitschko land those fights are most certainly wins on Vittle resume.

The only question that matters: During all these years on top who have they dodged / not fought?

Lol, do you really want to go there? And lets not incorporate Wlad into this, this is about Vits. Since 2000, and excluding the years he missed, these are all the top 10 fighters he didn't fight for one reason or another.

              Tyson
              Holyfield
              Tua
              Maskaev
              Rahman
              Ruiz
              McCline
              O'Quendo
              Jones jr
              Toney
              Golota
              Brewster
              Barret
              Chagaev
              Povetkin
              Valuev
              Dimitrenko
              Chambers
              Haye
              Boystov
              Thompson
              Helenius
              Pulev
              Fury

Pretty long list, huh? So much for fighting everybody. I guess we don't have to end the thread after all.

Man , following this logic makes Pacquiao and Mayweather average boxers because all their best wins are old past-primes , average or green boxers

I think Klitschko Brothers are top 15 HWs after the greats of 70s , 90s and Holmes

Vitali is definitely an all time great heavyweight. He's in the top 15.

Poll options are lame and suggestive of course, so I didn't vote.

                    • ********** obsession are a sign of gayness even if they're "hating" obsessions. Especially if they're "hating" obsessions. You might be more gay for Vitali than the Vitali nuthuggers. I think you're on the verge of a breakthrough.
