Why would you be sure of that? IMO Chisora looked like he was clearly on his way to stop Scott. Can't see why a rematch would be any different.

And he did? But it was taken by that VADA or USADA (whichever one has that silent agreement), and it was his B sample (post fight) that was positive. Everyone were just told before the rematch.

If I were Scott I'd try to get it overturned.

          It should be a NC.

Refs shouldn't do that. He basically robbed Chisora of a LEGIT win, which was coming within a couple of rounds anyway.

That's news to me, pretty sure he tested dirty later, maybe when he insisted on extra testing for the Khan rematch. I could be wrong, link me up

yeah, overturn it. it will teach these british referees a lesson, hopefully. and they should also have a rematch. 12 rounds this time.

He also tested positive later, and then they found out about his b sample which is why the WBA reinstated Khan as champion. The IBF criminally kept him even though it was proven he was dirty in the fight and also after he received a ban.

Right, so why rob Chisora twice over .5 of a second? Rather just take action against the ref.

it can't be a satisfying way to win a fight. yeah, chisora caught him with a decent punch and it looked like the tide was turning in his favour, but nothing was conclusively resolved. malik still could have conceivably won.

Give me a link, seems like there'd be more outcry over the testing coverup, I didn't even know they had extra testing for the first fight.

Btw, I'm not doubting too much Peterson was juiced for that fight, just unaware of any failed tests then.
