no....because marquez has come out and said that he's not dealing with ether one. theres really nothing to work out or talk about.......at first he was with usada but recently he doesn't want ether one.............his position (in till further notice) is "let the commission do their job"

Bradley is pretty resilient in getting what he wants. He got what he wanted in the Khan negotiations - the disappearance of the fight.

Hmmm this just keeps getting more interesting, this is the fight openly state by Marquez he wanted and he's been mum as fck since the USADA/VADA topic started. How would it affect your view of Marquez if this fight fell apart or he tested positive for something?

            Marquez fan

Bradley has a right to not fight Marquez IF it is written in the contract that such testing by those parties are to be done. It is the promoter who then would sue Marquez I think if he breaks the contract by not agreeing to those agreed terms. I can't understand why this is being brought up now by Marquez if it was already in the contract, unless someone else changed the wording of the contract after it was agreed to.

                he's taking that pacquiao stance....

maybe he doesn't want to pay those extortionate fees.

You gotta give something to get something

Marquez is clean. The reason for all this drama is because when Marquez and Bradley had the face off, Bradley looked really big like a light heavyweight and Marquez is just asking that Bradley doesn't gain more then ten pounds on fight night. Bradley is asking for extra things like special testing then he should agree to Marquez request for no more than ten pounds on fight night. Marquez will take the test, it's all on Bradley to agree to the ten pound limit on fight night.

ignoring what? how do i ignore something by asking a question? are you that dumb?

how is it a joke? it's a joke when it's the fighters or promoters that deal directly with drug agencies. there's just too much conflict interest in there.

This is how contracts work guys...........it's issued to both parties, marked up and return so that both parties can agree on the changes made to the terms or not. The contracts are then re-issused, and signed (otherwise known as "executed") by both parties and originals are kept by the issuing authorities....the promotors and copies are disseminated to all other concerned parties, i.e., the fighters.

If Bradley says it's in his contract, I believe him because I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that he has a copy with both signatures on it. You break the terms of the contract and the legalese (legal jargon that governs the contract) has a clause that voids that contract. You can't just do something that isn't in the contract, that's why there is a contract in the first place to hold people accountable.
