Went back and read up on Arum's details of how NV plans to test - a lot of unanswered questions there. Too many. Even with blood and other subtests, it does not seem like the commission will be able to replicate, at all, the stringent method of the two agencies.

this guy is a professional fighter...........he don't give a **** about showing a contract. he signed for vada or usada. thats in his contract.........at the end of the day if those demands are breached the fight is off......

what is it really? is it VADA and USADA? or one of them is enough?

even if NSAC is in-charge they can easily hire VADA or USADA to do the drug testing...problem solved. in fact that's better than the fighters or promoters themselves negotiating directly with drug testers.
