Pacman didn't refuse testing. He agreed to unlimited urine tests, 3 blood tests which included one right after signing ceremony and the other right after the fight. Which is far and above the current testing. Floyd is simply a chicken.

BTW, Berto and Pederson got caught by urine sample. Pederson's urine, which spelled trouble, was taken about three months before the fight. Roidweather, your hero, most likely got caught by urine also.

Yea this is why people need to stop listening to their favourite fighter and have an opinion of their own, no one should refuse drug testing period and the drug test was Pac way out of ducking the Mayweather fight.

He refused RANDOM OSDT drug testing up to the fight and then to 14 days. So yes, he did refuse drug testing. In other words, he refused the very drug tests that he is now demanding of Rios. I guess Pac is even more of a chicken since Floyd was willing to accept the 14 days huh?
