It is a shame Pacquiao is such a cowardly duck for demand these tests. He is not the commission and Rios has never failed a test. Just another pitiful excuse from Team Pacquiao to try to shamefully duck Rios. Good thing Rios is a true warrior instead of a running roadblocking coward like Pacquiao and call Manny's bluff and accept this made up fake OSDT.
