This was after Mayweather stood in the ring during the post Mosley fight interview and told the world that the cut offs that he offered Pacquiao in the 1st negotiations were off of the table. Arum/Pacquiao coming out and agreeing to a cut off that Mayweather had taken off of the table was only for PR purposes and dummies like you fell for it.
Manny demanding PED testing : guilty conscious maybe ?

im hardly a floyd fan i just know manny was full of it when it came to testing.
so why is your uncle arum allowin manny to do it now, when he was SO against it and worried for manny's health in 2010 when they ducked the fight?Comment

Pretty sure Mayweather is the one who pent on PUBLIC RECORD saying he is scared for his health in fighting Pacquaio, what a little b1tch.Comment

Tell that your fellow floydidiot Floyd didn't move his goal post from 14 days cut off to 0 day cut off to no ppv share to Pac must beat Marquez and Bradley first and now Pac must sign up to his promotion. This was after Mayweather stood in the ring during the post Mosley fight interview and told the world that the cut offs that he offered Pacquiao in the 1st negotiations were off of the table. You can do that when you're the top dog, king of the hill. If you're someone who wanted to see the fight then blame Pacquiao for walking away from it back in 2009. No sense in blaming Floyd for making Pacquiao crawl to him now, especially with all the BS Arum/Pacquiao pulled back then in 2009.Comment

1- Not because he refused Floyds demands, because he requested a specific cut off date. A cut off date that coincidentally would allow someone using PED's to pass a drugs test. If he'd just flat-out refused, I wouldn't be as su****ious. And he should have done, rather than come out with a load of excuses. This would have been easier though, had Mayweather been straight from the start and said 'I believe manny Pacquiao may be using steroids so in order to agree to a fight I require drug testing.' The reason he got away with his version is because boxing is basically unregulated as far as drugs are concerned and everyone knows this should have happened years ago.I love it how you assume the person who has never tested positive for an illegal substance somehow must be on drugs because he denied Floyds demands. Fighting Brandon Rios isn't the same as fighting Mayweather, he's obviously doing it now more than anything to say simply remove the idea that he's ever been on steroids and to take away floyds dumb roadblock.
One of the complaints going around is that Mayweather has no right to dictate something that isn’t protocol for no reason. He 'claims' he's doing it in an attempt to clean up the sport but the only reason he's ever brought it up is in regards to Pacquaio. Floyd targeted the olympic style testing in an attempt to weaken Pacquaio as he has been documented years before previously as being weakened by it, he wanted a mental and/or physical advantage over him. The only major positive is that olympic style testing compares blood from previous years to the fighters current blood, but there would only be 1 fight (maybe 2), so using olympic style testing was just bogus and pointless, another demand which held no weight... the difference is Floyd wanted olympic style (it has no current place in professional boxing) where as Pacquaio is using VADA with Rios if I remember, it's complete different.
2- I totally agree. How much of this was to gain an advantage in the ring, or just playing awkward because he was jealous Pacquiao was taking his place as the top dog I don't know. I do think Floyd was a little scared, who wouldn't be? Pacquiao was a beast back then and if I had to put money on it I'd have sided with Pac. I couldn't see Floyd beating the Pac that beat Cotto. However I do believe at that time Pacquiao was using something to enhance his performance.Comment

pretty sure this article says May of 2010. The negotiations and Top Rank walking away took place in November of 2009. After Moseley agreed to the tests and Floyd said no more cutoffs is when Pac came out and agreed.....you're entitled your own opinions, not your own facts.Comment

Translation: derp derp derp derpThe first bolded statement makes you ******, just because someone does something you don't believe is possible doesn't mean it isn't real and isn't legit, you're exactly the same as Floyd, you have zero proof but your own biased agenda.
Your second statement is again, ******. Pacquaio had to give blood on the day of the fight when he fought Morales the first time, he said it weakened him and took away his energy, his body did not respond well to having blood taken from his. Now, go be a good kid and go ask a doctor why do some bodies react badly to having blood taken and others not and he will explain to you.
It is 100% a legit reason, he did not want to potentially weaken himself for one of the biggest fights in boxing history and the biggest of his career. I have had my blood taken and for days after I felt weak and quite frankly sick, it's a physiological reaction to your body saying "don't do that, blood is not supposed to be taken away from me", which makes perfect sense considering blood is vital for survival and life and taking it away eventually leads to death.
As a final note, go and ask a doctor or someone else with a degree in physiology and they will tell you it is perfectly normal and acceptable to feel weakened heavily after taking blood. Heck, some people even feint from having it taken, just learn to read and think for yourself and not have Floyd do it for you.Comment

his main problem was blood being taken too close to the fight, fighters have their own superstitions and regimen and he felt that weekend him in his last loss to Morales.
He was willing to give unlimited Urine testing and for a drug tester to live with him 24/7 and have hbo camera crews around him, why would anyone risk using peds knowing they can't hide anywhere?
and Urine testing is what caught Berto, Peterson, and Mickey bey's positive tests.Comment
