Not with Top Rank. Bob makes about that much.
I'd actually like to see who in fact knows how much either Floyd or Pacquiao really make after a fight. It seems like a lot of people know their finances so well. There isn't a single person on this forum that can tell what either fighter had made total from fight to fight be it PPV %, Gate %, Guarantee money, etc. It's all hearsay unless you're either Manny or Floyd's accountant.

With that being said, even with Floyd making more than Manny in there fight, I don't understand not giving Pac any Gate / PPV %, yet he gave Cotto a small yet generous % which got Cotto close to $18 Mill when all was said and done (according to ESPN). Being Pacquiao's generated the most money on PPV next to Floyd, what fighter in Pac's position would accept a flat fee when he knows he would make more than double when all is said and done? Floyd's a clever guy.

I wont criticize floyd for doing the same thing to manny that manny's promter does to his opponents. You(nor your alt that got deleted) don't give a **** when Bob plays hardball with JMM and Tim, but now floyd does it and he deserve criticism for it.

Man take that **** someplace else. You were the same poster whining when JMM played hardball with manny.

You act like because manny is king of the phillipines that fighters have to treat him as such. **** you. He may be a national treausre there but round here he's a contender coming off getting KTFO, no more no less.

@BIGBOXINGFAN - PBF will go broke quicker than PAC will. $$ goes a longer way in the philippines. He's a congressman and a national hero. I hope PAC isn't that ****** to throw away his money. If you are filipino, you know his wife is controlling his money so it's not like he can **** it up on his own.
dude all I can say is this:

floyd took a short deal with ODH and look where he is now. 6 years later he is making $70 mil for 2 fights before he steps in the ring. canelo is taking short deal at a CW and every poster here sees it as a great move to position himself for the future.

Manny could've done same. He didn't Now he is where he is. Time to stop blaming floyd for decisions manny made as a grown man.

Those are awful comparisons, par for the course. The combined best PPV numbers for Floyd and Canelo prior to those fights was like 350k, right?

I love how butthurt you are getting, please, become more emotional. I don't act like anything in regards to him being a national treasure you ****** bafoon, I said that money isn't a problem for him because of his status within his country, can you learn to read maybe?

Mayweather isn't playing hard ball you moron, he's playing dodgeball, and Pacquaio is the ball which he inevitabilty will attempt to avoid at any cost, case in point offering 40m and no PPV revenue, an absolutely ******ed offer to the joint/2nd biggest boxer in the world, but I guess you'll find someway to defend it.

Manny 's max is 1.25 mil with odh and cotto. Yes he is a bigger seller than floyd and canelo were/are. If you think that means he's too big or too proud to take short money so be it. But floyd's short money was $25 mil-whereas manny's short money would be $40-50 mil, which reflects his larger standing at the time.

''Some guy named Michael Koncz [Pacquiao's adviser] came down here. I don't know who he is. He looks like a little weasel'' made me lol.

Mayweather's current position is a difficult one to talk on as he is both a fighter and his own promoter. Bob Arum and GBP routinely do the same thing when the fighter does not have a leg to stand on. As things stand Pacquiao stock has diminished, he doesn't bring much to the table. More so than the likes of Ortiz, Guerrero et al but in those circumstances Mayweather has a good relationship with GBP in that they feed him future opponents.

when one has to go with name calling it suggeests they are the one that is mad or butthurt.

I believe you used the term national treausre earlier so I re used it. MOney is always a concern-if it wasn't manny would fight for free or would't use it to fund his political campaigns or further his goals as both a politicians-or as a gambler that likes to drive ferraris.

                      Yes that offer was bull****.
