Broner likes to stand in front of opponents as well, he is a very static fighter. Sometimes turtles up fro 30 seconds without throwing a punch as well.

maidana will have his chances to be active and lay down some hurt. I expect this to be a great back and forth fight with someone getting stopped late.

Again, it's different, why will he turtle up against Maidana who's right there to get countered, which is the opposite of Malignaggi who's boxing and moving out of range.

you guys will realize soon enough just how 1 dimensional you can make Lucas Mathysse and Marcos Maidana look, the right opponent will achieve it and Broner is that guy. mark my words what will decide it is the Boxing ability and foot work/defense, they wont know how to deal with it you'll see I'll bet anything with anyone that Broner stops Maidana and puts a beating on Lucas, like Broner said what is power when you can't land anything flush? guys like Lucas have to be able to plant down and set up his big shot but Broner is going to always move, always counter and always guard he will completely destroy his rhythm you'll see. See, the thing with Matthysse is that he was so noticeably bothered by Peterson's subpar movement that he quickly opted to punch behind the head, make Peterson fight his fight, if that doesn't say anything about Matthysse's dimensions I don't know what will. Gamboa, and Maidana have the same tendencies when their opponent opts to move.

The difference here is that I don't think that says anything about Matthysse-Broner, I really don't. What I've been saying from the beginning is...Broner is a beat on the inside, an absolute beat. You can talk about his mobility; lack of movement, but put him in there against a fighter who's willing to stand in front of him and he'll most likely shine.

Yes, he's world better than each of those examples. Usually you are a decent poster, not sure if you're arguing with emotions here, but it's pretty incredible you are suggesting he hasn't, if you are remotely serious it's clear you haven't paid attention to him and there is nothing else to say but, see you around fight night.

Why do people think "foreign ass" is racist? Ass may be racist in the UK or something, but in the U.S. "ass" as an ending is the same as "dude" in ebonics, like saying "this foreign dude", people say things like "crazy ass", or "Jayz lips lookin ass...", just like an ending. There is nothing racist about that, "foreign" isn't an insult or a derragatory term, my foreign ass would be the first person to tell you this.

And before someone responds with, it's about how broner meant it, no, it's not, it's about how you take it. If he had said "****" or something, that's different. Even then, me, I would laugh and shrug that off. People get too worked up over racism and racial slurs, if you let that lameness slide off of you, the people trying to get under your skin just end up looking and feeling foolish. Besides, who can take the guy seriously if he is trying to make a point? The dude is black, he is only "domestic" for so long down the road before we find one of his ancestors from a "foreign" place, like everyone else in the U.S.
