Can someone explain to me how Roy Jones went down so hard against Glen Johnson?

lol you can't go up to heavyweight shredded with muscle in a short period of time then go back down and not lose muscle and punch resistance. And lets be honest, he was most likely on steroids and got off when he was going back down. The human body doesn't work like that and he took it for granted.

Glen beat RJJ down from beginning to end. It's like chopping down a tree. The last punch just connected flush and I'm pretty sure the way RJJ's head bounced off the canvas didn't help

roy's body looked very weak ever since he dropped back down. look what happened to chris byrd. he made the same weight drop and got knocked out after taking bombs from the klitschko's, tua, etc. his entire career.

Look at the clinton woods fight roy was roy amazing then he goes to HW John ruiz then comes back to LHW where he sc****s a win against tarver then rematch Tarver KOs roy then its Glen Johnson he KOs roy then Tarver again he loses UD.Anyone saying glass chin china head is just pure ignorant, theres obvious physical evidence in why roy jones declined so much.
He didnt drop 25 pounds of pure muscle thats just idiotic to say that. Its not even possible to gain anything close to 25 pounds of pure muscle in the time he trained for his heavyweight fight.

              Facts are:

Roy didnt train hardly at all for the fight
Roy was slowing down after 2 tough fights with tarver..
              Glen outworked him all night
Roy got clipped behind the ear, making his balance and senses haywire,,
Roy crashed to the mat and his head ****** hard off the mat, probably causing him to stay down for so long.....

Yeah I agree that Tarver took his chin and since Roy wasnt use to getting hit shots he normally could have dodged shocked his system

Glenn Johnson isnt featherfisted though. He stopped Allen Green and Usef Mack pretty viciously too.
