nonita had minor bone spurs removed and is claiming he had major shoulder surgery.

how you going to have "ligaments" repaired in your shoulder and be back in a couple months?

nonita is an all around unlikable guy.

I think he should jump straight to 130 and fight Gamboa immediately.

I think he should move up to 126 after the Darchinyan rematch and fight the winner of Salido/Cruz. If he goes up to 130, he'll be in Mikey's lane and we know they aren't gonna fight each other.

I think its time for this dude to move up already, Pacman walked around at 145 when he was fighting at 126 and weighs in around 145-148 at welterweight.

Anyone else think Nonito should just jump straight to 140 now? I mean if Pacman can fight those bigger guys and weigh around the same as Nonito.

You guys think he will be better if he doesn't have to drain himself to make weight?
I don't think anyone should jump so many weight classes. I'm not sure if he can effectively move to 140. He would kind of look like Morales at a higher weight.

I think 126 would be weightclass for him right now. I believe his max will be 130.

There was a pic of Nonito posing with Uchiyama and you could see a difference just in how filled out Uchi was compared to Donaire so that leads me to think anything above Feather is maybe to much

Donaire found it hard to make 122 even before fighting Rigo. He should move up asap.

If a Boxer has to lose 20 to 30 pounds to fight a smaller guy that means he's insecure in fighting guys his size so he must drain himself to fight a little guy. Adrain Broner, Chavez Jr ,Donaire are guilty of this. In my opinion people who do this are really not good fighters. Take a look at Mike Tyson 5 foot 10 fighting 6 foot 5 dudes or Dwight Muhamed Qwai only 5 foot 6 fighting light heavies and cruisers now that what you call a tough little dude
