I did not say "Team Khan caused Peterson to fail a drugs test". There is no way that you could justify jumping to that conclusion from anything I have written.
Peterson did not fail a drug test in the first fight,he did in the build up to the rematch. Regardless of Peterson being on PEDs or not in the first fight Khan's performance was shoddy where he exposed his limitations. That was the point I was making. If the first fight was made a no contest and wiped out a L that is fine by me but Khan's performance in that fight was awful. that was the point I was making.

I agree with this. It was a fight that could've gone either way and Khan deserved the point deduction for his constant fouling. The peterson fight exposed Khan's inability to fight on the inside and his non existant defence. Peterson only tested positive in the build up to the rematch but I'm sure he or someone in his camp admitted to using the same synthetic testosterone (or whatever it was) in the first fight?! I'm fasting today and forgetting all the facts....somone correct me, can't be arsed with google!

I love watching Khan though, it's guaranteed excitement and his speed/cumulative power makes him dangerous to most World titlists. Unfortunately his weaknesses means he'll never reach the elite level. I do think he has the perfect style to beat Broner convincingly.

I was right then, Peterson did admit to using in the first fight, thanks for clarifying. That fight did expose Khans limitations though.....it wasn't the fact that Peterson was on PED's that Khan has no defence or is unable to fight on the inside, his performances after that show the same things.
