Rigo doesn't deserve that ****. Folks act as if if he keeps winning, he won't gain popularity. He will. I don't blame Team Rigo. That is completely undeserved.

Rigondo does deserve some criticism cause of his boring style... not saying it isn't effective and that he don't win, but it's boring... so if you fight a boring style, you should own it

I'd pay to watch Rigondeaux fight every week if I could. One of the most gifted fighter's I've seen; and the same goes for Andre Ward, Floyd.. Love watching boxer/punchers or brawlers too. The Sweet Science is beautiful because of different styles.

casual boxing fans won't though... HBO knows this and sees Rigondo as a money sink and bad investment cause the profits won't come

Bob Arum should just let him Rigondeaux leave, it is as clear as day that the man is salty over him tipping the apple cart in his fight against Donaire. Shows what's ****ed up with the sport of boxing, if you're a low profile fighter you will more than likely get robbed, but in situations where they take away the possibility of a robbery they get blackballed. They just can't catch a break.

Rigondo can get a break... if he starts boxing in a way that makes HBO money... doesn't mean he can't be slick, but he gotta throw more punches...

This is where sanctioning bodies should have more control, but they're just as corrupt and sickening. Also sickening that people co-sign this nonsense. As though Rigondeaux should have fought Donaire's fight. People only want to see a circus act, where boxers like Rigondeaux play the role of a lion jumping through a flaming hoop.

Rigondo didn't have to fight Donaire's fight, he just needed to throw more punches and in combination.... he can dance and prance all he wants, but he gotta throw more punches and combinations

You clowns that say Rigondeaux is boring need to be at a UFC forum. Rigondeaux is the epitome of the sweet science. Footwork, hand speed, a jab, head movement, ring generalship, etc. After watching him school Donaire, he became my pound 4 pound favorite fighter on the planet. Can't wait for him to jump ship with Showtime.

If this is true then HBO need to be ashamed. You're telling me they would rather put on Martinez, Donaire, and Golovkin against bums just to get easy KO's but Rigondeaux's style is not worth watching. If they're refusing Rigondeaux because he's not exciting enough why not tell the others I mention to fight better competition. Better yet, why not tell Golovkin and Martinez they won't show their next fight unless it's against each other. HBO might as well start showing WWE because it seems that's the way they're heading.

Running didn't get Nonitos face like that. I dont call being elusive, running. Running is what Oscar did against Tito when he thought he had the fight won. Being elusive and stinging someone's face is not running.
