At this point in his career, I totally agree. I've been very vocal about how practically shot he is and that he should retire.

But to say he was a gatekeeper for his entire career is just absurd. The dude was an elite fighter who got the elite knocked out of him by Marg and Pac. And there's no denying that the people I mentioned who refer to him as a gatekeeper do it to antagonize the PRs because they are spiteful Mexicans who take this PR vs Mexico rivalry a bit too far (maybe not you, but the others for sure).

My advice is ...let them... As Napoleon said "....never interrupt your opponent (he said "enemy") when he's making mistakes......."

              A good thought.

Will this move means goodbye to Cotto vs Canelo?

I think.cotto can perform at elite level just not 154. He needs to stoo being lazy and go to 147. He beats bradley and even though Marquez is beast styles make fights and he takes marquez. He is just to small at 154.

I prefer hbo over showtime. So I'm with it. Hbo is ten times bigger and better than showtime so hopefully Gbp sees there way back as well. Like boxing on the big stage with the right production behind it
