I like Matthysse but Mosley is the superior technical boxer, and if Mosley can outbox a guy he rarely had issues with that sort of guy.
I think a prime mosley can do it against Matthysse but I wouldn't be 100%. I think the Floyd that fought hatton beats Lucas to. Todays Floyd on the other hand is a little slower has less mobility gets tagged by a guy like Robert guerrero he gets murked by Lucas.

He's clearly improved since those robberies. If you can't see that maybe mma would be a better sport for you to watch.

I think Hearns would have beaten Floyd because of his power. Hearns without his power would have lost to Floyd.

Just watch the fights Mosley lost through the Mayweather fight, does Lucas fight like any of those guys. Maybe he can do the job Cotto did but that loss was also much different than his other loses.

Seriously if you want to watch how to beat and how to lose to Shane Mosley you only need to watch 2 fights. Oscar 1 and Oscar 2, you fight Mosley in a fight like Oscar did in the first fight you will always have issues with him but if you approach him like Oscar did in the second fight you stand a very good chance of beating Mosley.

I don't find Matthysse capable of pulling off what happened in the second Oscar fight in any way so maybe he can eek out a win against a later Mosley but it wouldn't be easy.

Look I'm not saying Matthysse beats prime Mosley but I am saying with certainty that todays Lucas beats todays Mosley.

Well he beats the post Mayweather version, and he has a chance probably from the Forrest loses on. It would just be difficult and close if he managed to pull it off.

Floyd would have gone down faster than Duran. No where to run, no where to hide!

You know Lucas has a lot of technical adaptations that most people miss. He'd do better against Mosley than assumed.

You mean PED Mosely. Has Mosely looked good since the PED exposure?

Matthysse has been looking better every time out...same like Pacquiao used to on his way to superstardom.
