Not going to happen unless more and more people give Canelo ZERO chance of winning the fight and even then, Floyd cares more about winning the fight and having as much advantages as possible to tip the fight in his favor.

Floyd SR wanted it even lower than 152 but that would have been criticized even more so they didn't push too hard on that.

Since there is no rehydration clause there fear of him balloning up will still happen this isn't Oscar dropping from 154 down to 147. People say Floyd only picks guys he knows he will beat so obviously he thinks he will beat Canelo and obviously loves money so I can see them paying Floyd the extra money and letting Canelo weigh 154. The betting odds would change it would probaly add an extra 50k to the PPV sales. Will it happen IDK but it wouldn't suprise me if that happened.

The only way I see it happen is if Canelo just doesn't make weight on the scales. Then obviously, Canelo would need to pay the penalty and the fight would be on as too much money is at stake .... but prior to that, I'm sure Floyd and company will hope Canelo will drain himself and therefore tipping it even more in Floyd's favor.

the contract is already made. No need to do it before the weigh-in as far as Floyd is concerned.

Wouldn't suprise me cause then Floyd can come back and say I let him fight at his comfortable weight and I beat him without the catchweight. He opened himself to alot criticism with the CW so maybe this was plan we will see.

if the ginger doesn't make weight he better win otherwise it's better to make weight and lose cause that's a convenient excuse. if the fight is close Cherrypicker might even give the ginger shot just cause it's the most lucrative fight Cherrypicker has left

Are you applying the same to Manny NOW wanting a PEDS test after walking away from thye biggest fight in history because of Floyd wanting a PEDS test , that looks to me about the same pissing into wind when things change attitude , are you ripping Manny over that ?

I can care less I'm not a Manny fan; I agreed with Floyd on the CW's and still do(I don't like CW's) but I think this fight should be at 154 and I think it was hypocritcal for this fight. So I think Floyd will let Canelo weigh 154 to say I really don't need the CW if he can't make weight. IMO that was the plan all long
