Ward has the best resume going right now, he's #1 p4p
not sure why you even lumped Ward in with those 2
Martinez' 15 min are long over, Williams KO was 2 1/2 yrs ago
Murray just beat him and dude is old/injury ridden
I'm not dis*****g Martinez is slowing down, he has been in wars, + his age plays a factor as well.

Just saying that the KING has yet to be knocked from his thrown, the same as Pacquiao, was slowly on the decline and now knocked...Martinez still stands strong.

He walks with his hands down blah blah blah this and that but he wouldn't be getting the space to do what he did against JCC jr to do the same thing to GGG...
He would be up against the ropes praying for his life.

Martinez doesn't stand strong man, he lost to Murray
not that Murray wasn't a credible, ranked contender
but Martinez lost, thus isn't truly the MW boss anymore
and even if you think he eked it out, no way he's p4p #1
he never deserved the hype he was getting before, surely not now
you're talking like Martinez is running shit; he's just running outta time

people thought he was hot shit after he KO'd Williams
all of a sudden he's in fantasy threads vs Hagler and Hopkins at MW
people spit that #1 p4p crap, Pac and Floyd were dodging him, etc
2 big wins over Pavlik and Williams got the guy on a pedestal
Martinez is a good fighter, nothing more, nothing less
he got a little luster back beating Chavez Jr, surviving the 12th
but that's as far as he'll go, it's all downhill from now on

Murray was hand picked by Martinez to be an easy comeback fight and was ranked #10 just the way Martinez likes it.

                      Murray isn't a a big name
but Martinez was never the beast he was advertised to be
never bought Murray as some safe, steppingstone/tuneup fight
he was live going in and people shoulda known that
people who expected an easy Martinez win were drinking the kool aid
