Golovkin hasn't said he wanted it at 155 or any catch weight. Stop trying to divert attention away from Floyd please.

      Terrible post

Haters dream fight schedule for Mayweather's last 4 fights:
      Golovkin
      Matthysse
      Martinez
      Pacquiao

      Subsequent excuses
      Catchweight
      Catchweight
      Catchweight/Past his prime
      Past his prime

You got the Canelo fight that was never going to happen and now you think this is feasible? GGG should fight Martinez, Matthysse vs Garcia, Pacquiao should invest in smelling salts and Floyd should stick to 147 and unify the belts. The problem is nobody wants to see Floyd fight the Khan/ Alexander winner.

News flash: Mayweather is fighting at JMW, stop calling him a Welterweight and recognize the divisions. I don't care what size you 'think' he is, he's fighting in that division currenty in his next fight, thus he is currently a JMW.

You don't seem to listen and just reply with questions constantly to avoid a response. You refer to Floyd as a welterweight even when he himself doesn't agree. You just can't admit Floyd facing Canelo is practically no different from facing Golovkin, even when Canelo hydrates HIGHER than Golovkin. It's like you aren't using common sense.

Do you know the rules of boxing and how divisions work? If you can make the weight, you are part of that division, end off Marvellous, stop ducking and dodging by stating Floyd is a welterweight, he is whatever weight class he wants to fight in, just like any other fighter.
I guess you didn't read my question properly. I guess Bradley wasn't coming up in weight? Marquez wasn't (I think we established that he hadn't fought at 147lbs "multiple times" like you stated before the 4th fight, he hand't fought at the full weight at all)? Rios isn't? The last one was an even older Mosley. I meant CAREER ones. It doesn't bother me at all, but some people flame fighters for doing things the ones in their avatar are doing constantly. Mad, isn't it?

So by your logic, De La Hoya was a middleweight? Looked great there didn't he? And Roy Jones was a heavyweight. They fought there, didn't they? Also, Ricky Hatton, by your logic, was a welterweight (former champion too) and Mayweather should get full credit for taking his 0. I want you to correct anyone that says otherwise in future. Got it?

This isn't about merely weigh-ins and rehydration. It's about where fighters are most effective. Mayweather doesn't lose weight to make 154lbs, he struggles to gain it. So, again by your logic, Danny Garcia, or Lucas Matthysse could make 149lbs and fight a light middleweight. I mean, it is within the rules. Would that make them light middleweights too? Stop being so simplistic and pedantic. You already made it clear that the reason this appeals is not because of the prospect of a good matchup (like a boxing fan would), it's about your dislike for one fighter and your desire to see him humiliated. If it wasn't, you'd be asking any other welterweight to step to Golovkin at 154lbs. Pacquiao wouldn't even fight Cotto here.

            .
All those guys you're listing were fringe titlists. None of them 2x, none of them #1 rated. It's telling you're choosing these paper champs (at those weights) as your point of reference.

I think Flo mos would have been very upset if you'd chosen that comparison just 3 months ago, before Floyd's epic CW comedown

All i have learnt from this thread is that

              1) Oscar is a geniune middleweight.
              2) Roy Jones is a geniune heavyweight.
              3) Floyd Mayweather is a geniune junior middleweight

Because they can make the weight and compete at the weight.

NEVER HEARD SO MUCH **** IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

Exception NOT the rule, people in this thread dont know **** about boxing.

TL;DR: You can't admit that a fighter can be in whatever division they want as long as they can make the weight. You also can't admit Floyd is a 2x belt holder there, and chose to fight Alvarez, who technically weighs less than Gennady on fight night.

Thanks for ducking and dodging some more. If Danny and Lucas want to fight at LMW, and they can make the weight, then they are 'currently' LIGHT MIDDLE WEIGHTS you moron. Learn how divisions work.

See my sig (not Chisora the text above it)

Golovkin and Sanchez know Mayweather's not taking the fight but they also know it's great to say his name for promotion.

It's not the exception, it's the rule, you just don't want to admit it because it involves your woman Mayweather. I don't go calling Pacquaio a flyweight do I just because he previously fought there? You call a fighter by what division they are currently fighting in and can make the weight successfully in. You do not class a fighter by what you 'think' they are the best at or where there most fights are, otherwise you could possibly be calling Pacquaio not a welterweight, but a super-flyweight champion.

Is Pacquaio a superflyweight fighter currently? NO. Is Mayweather fighting in welterweight for his fight against Canelo? NO. How about you use logic and understand divisions. If you want to use your opinion and say where you think a fighter is best suited or belongs go ahead, but it doesn't make it true. Mayweather is fighting at LMW at the moment, his decision, deal with it. The word 'genuine' is subjective, stop acting like a fighter isn't in a division until they 'prove' themselves, and stop acting like Mayweather hasn't fought there multiple times and become 'proven'.

Floyd got lucky and got a meaningless belt at 154. Hes no 154 champ. Hes a 154 chump! He cant even fight Canelo (a 154 champ) without a CW. He needs to go back down to 147 and fight LWs. Fighters like GGG would send Floyd to the ER.
