I got there around 12. Even then we got good spots near the front. They gave out tickets at 3 but they were general admission. In other words, first come first serve. So it was advised to stay in line to get good seats. And the security was kind of bad. Couple fights almost broke out. A lot of em were involved with people who had a buzz going from drinking in line.
damn, 3? i remember looking at the time and seeing that it was 1:15 pm, and i said to myself "there's already plenty of people to fill the theater up that are waiting outside of it right now". did a lot of people get left outside? i should've gone, it is what it is. hopefully gbp comes back here to have a card (i was practically ringside for their gomez/granados card) or another presser, assuming mayweather or canelo want to have another press tour like this one for one of their future fights.Comment

So I just got back from the floyd/canelo Chicago presser. And couldn't help but let everybody know just how freaking Bad mayweather got booed. I mean it was so bad that I literally thought he was gonna walk off the podium without saying a word.he tried a hard work/dedication chant that didn't pick up any steam and to be honest even tho I'm no mayweather fan I felt kinda bad for the dude Leonard ellerbe was also destroyed by the fans at the podium lol and gotta give credit to de la hoya as he stayed for as long as he could to sign autographs. All in all it was and awesome event and I think golden boy might of got the hint that its time to bring some big time boxing back to the chi as the turn out was huge Anybody else hit the Chicago theater 2day???Comment
