    5. Max Bursak
    6. Hamid Rahimi
    7. Lukas Konecny
    8. Danny Jacobs
    9. Les Sherrington
    10. Matt Korobov

Chavez/Vera are supposedly in negotiations. Rubio has a WBC fight on 7/27. O'Sullivan is fighting Billy Joe Saunders on 7/20. Bursak defends his EBU belt on 7/13. Konecny got a fight on 7/13.

I think it's too soon for Jacobs to be getting a title shot. I think he should fight the winner of Mora/Proksa next, then Bursak/Konecny. Sacrificing Jacobs to Quillin seems like a ****** move to me.
Yikes what a putrid top 10.

Jacobs talked about Lorenzo first which is reasonable , Jr is of course not happening so the only decent option is Korobov who I'd pick to beat all except Jr but he hasn't really fought tough opp still wouldn't mind.

    Maybe Curtis Stevens

It will probably be Judah vs Garcia 2. And quillin vs Jacobs
