Even if it seems obvious to most that Floyd would win (vs Margarito), he usu. doesn't take the fights vs. the fighters that are being talked about the most - although I didn't think he'd fight Canelo, so maybe that is changing
Also, is there more of a threat than Canelo between 140 and 154 right now?

PBF is the best current fighter but if he is facing ok opponents no real threath ones. He don't get a pass from me there.

At least be honest with yourself no matter how much you hate Mayweather.

Pretty much opponents pbf has the skill but guererro at 147? and cotto past it come ln man. he performed well but simply no threath maybe after Canelo it will change but then again 152 pounds. simply opponents now guererro and cotto are ok but nothing where you can say wow he really has a chance. Canelo is a threath but again lke at said 152 maybe not that much so in a long time pbf is facing a more lively opponent.

You've got to beat the best to be the best but you've also got to keep beating the best on a regular basis to stay the best on a PFP list - that means activity and top opposition.Last edited by Weebler I; 06-25-2013, 02:03 PM.

He has the share for highest ppv event in history with DLH. The 3 highest guaranteed purses in boxing history (32M, 40M & 40M).
Secondly, JMM cannot be ranked ahead of Mayweather for 2 reasons:
1) Mayweather COMPLETELY dominated him in their bout.
2) JMM said himself he wants nothing to do with another fight with Mayweather. "We all saw what happened the first time."
I have no problem with JMM being ranked 2 or 3 (Him and Ward, with Ward looking completely unbeatable in his division). But to rank him above Floyd is pretty outlandish to be honest.
