I bet the folks over at GBP are pissed that Broner shot his mouth off in the postfight interview. Because had he not, Garcia not wanting to fight Matthysse wouldn't really be a big deal. Because truth is, Broner-Garcia and Matthysse-Maidana make more sense right now anyway. But since Broner made the statements he did, it would be tough to sell Broner-Garcia as anything other than both are ducking Matthysse. Especially since Matthysse is gonna win the poll by a landslide and the fight people want most at 140 is Garcia-Matthysse. DLH and Schaefer are probably not real happy with Adrien right now.

He said among other things that fans would choose his next opponent (Lucas is winning all polls) and that he would beat Matthysse.
Anyway Lucas is Danny's mandatory and Maidana is like the nș 1 contender for Broner, so nothing makes more sense. But, if this fight is not happening, i expect Matthysse to get the full belt or at least a title shot against Broner or Floyd. This ducking will be remembered for the rest of his career.
