Once again, proving why you're my favorite poster. With the exception of the 3rd they were all good fights though, and the 4th was a barnburner.
Ultimately I saw 4 closely contested and 3 really entertaining fights between two ATGs. The manner of the 4th fight suggests that the 5th would be another cracker.
I don't see why people would be so opposed to it. It's not as if there are lots of other challenges out there for either of these guys in the sport, both of them are on the farewell tour.Comment

Even as good as the 4th one was, I have zero interest in these two fighting. They don't have many fights left, I want them fighting new fights.Comment

Marquez wants to keep the memory of the KO fresh in everyone's mind, including his own. Another fight with Pacquaio could jeopardize that, and that's what it comes down to. Either that or he's wanting more money and playing the money game... which Chris John capitalized on sadly lol.Last edited by T18Z; 06-20-2013, 05:42 PM.Comment

Te marketers decide who fights who!!! The bigest pay day for Juan is with Manny but he doesn't want him. At the end of careers most fighters take the money fights because thats what your career was developed for! If he doesn't want Manny then thats that!!
He does have a tuff guy coming up in Bradley, I'm very interested to see how Bardley came out of the lil' Rocky fight! That was a hell of a draining fight and it should take months to recover properly!!
Another interest will be if Juan is on peds as he was against Manny! Sorry but he doesn't look like that naturally, not at this stage of his life!! Ray.Comment

Pacquiao gave Marquez shot after shot because the fights were controversial and many people though he lost those fights. Not to mention the fact that # 3 was a cherry pick.
If Pacquiao had knocked Marquez out unconscious none of the Pacquiao **** riders would be asking him to fights Marquez again. They would all be saying "What's the point"Comment

This is it exactly.Marquez wants to keep the memory of the KO fresh in everyone's mind, including his own. Another fight with Pacquaio could jeopardize that, and that's what it comes down to. Either that or he's wanting more money and playing the money game... which Chris John capitalized on sadly lol.Comment
