Comments Thread For: Hopkins Discusses The Mayweather-Canelo Catch-Weight

Hopkins sounds confused. First he asks why wouldn't he take any advantage he can get and then he says he wouldn't do it.

it simply comes down to posters that spent years arguing a CW doesn't affect anything, ellerbee doesn't know isht etc etc now changing positions because it allows you to criticize floyd. Hopkins isn't a soildier in the ******ed floyd v manny NSB war so he isn't going to evaluate it based on allegiance to a fighter.

Floyd is in the drivers seat, let's be real on that. So he's going to dictate the size of the ring, venue, money, weight and anything else he wants to. Canelo wants this fight, he has to take those stipulations.
Just like Oscar did before him, not Floyd is calling all the shots. In the end, Canelo will balloon up to 170 or so, and that will be a tough task for Floyd to deal with in the ring.

I also hope Canelo weighs 154 on the scales, pays whatever the penalty is, and then they fight.

Excuses satisfy those that make them !
Jr makes excuses and in his mind they are TRUTH !!
IF JR wants to change his excuse and expose hypocrisy then he has no problem with that and claims his new excuse as TRUTH.
So he can say one thing one day and another opposite thing the next, both opposing and both will at the time said will be TRUTH
He is only fooling himself and a few of you.
Truth is Jr is a HYPOCRITE
HE does NOT want you at your comfortable weight,,,,OH WAIT only if you are washed up, worn out with ZERO HOPE,,,sorry
