Vitali, Wladimir, Haye, Pulev, Fury. An you can add Marco Huck to that list.

Furthermore, I bet Helenius, Scott, Jennings and even Chisora would give Povetkin a fight. But I know how you guys work. Wladimir beats him - then Povetkin fights another contender and loses. But then he was never the third best.

I expect you all to keep saying Povetkin is still the third best after he's been smashed by the jab for 6 rounds.
I think you're underrating Povetkin, for whatever reason. Anyway, this fight is long overdue and needs to happen, so that we can finally see what Povetkin can do against Wlad.

Ok. I can with the same degree of confidence say that there's only two HWs on the planet that beats Povetkin.

Absolutely. Povetkin is an olympic champion. Fury is the champ of a marketplace tent.

Ah, so Povetkin, a Olympic SHW Gold Medalist, is incapable of beating a flat-footed, cumbersome, and chinny gypsy. I've heard everything now.

He was certainly not over the hill. He was a prime WBA champion!

You are rewriting history my friend.

Haye didn't want to fight Chagaev even though he was mando. Haye wanted a klit and the big purse. Chagaev was a bad risk/reward ratio so he refused and had the BBBofC approve of his shameless duck saying Chagaev had a contagious disease. How ridiculous that is is proven by the fact that Wlad then fought Chagaev after Ruslan was errornously stripped of the WBA title awarded to Valuev.

So instead Haye, in his ducking prime, is now set to fight a klit (Wlad I think), but instead pulls out in a tasteless move and fights Valuev for the WBA title.

You are rewriting history Bat, not me.

A fight with Povetkin wasn't mentioned before the spring of 2011 when Haye was the Champion and the Chagaev fight was ordered if Haye wouldn't try to unify against Wlad. Value lost to Chagaev before Haye was on the scene, fought for a vacant title as Chagaev was stripped and won it back. Haye was supposed to fight Vitali, it fell through and Haye was offered Valuev which he accepted.

Huck already beat Povetkin in mine and many other people's eyes. With regards to most of the rest of the guys you mentioned I said "they would give him a fight", which they would. He's a top 10 fighter, nothing special. He simply doesn't have the size or the power to deal with the bigger guys.
