This is why he isn't P4P.

He didn't even make weight so his win is tainted VS a shot fighter.

P4P is all about weight for weight, and Mikey needs to move up anyway.

Resume, fairly weak, and his best win was also tainted in Salido.

P4P fighters usually have a P4P opposition or at least dominate a division. Mikey has done neither.

One can make an argument that Mikey wouldn't look this good versus a higher caliber opponent (and that's true). But what you gauge in a P4P argument is skill and talent. Not number of quality wins. It's like Broner, that douche bag is obviously gifted in a way that only comes along generationally but people here on NSB ignore the obvious skillet and talent and harp on his opponent's class to make the argument that he doesn't belong on the p4p list. If you want to talk about 135-147 you can make that argument. But in a p4p discussion that has very little to do with anything.
Quality of opponents is what tests your skills. It's easy to look great or good VS fighters that you clearly are better than. However jumped in there with someone just as good, that is where the truth test lies.

I say he is top 20 right now but not top 10. He needs a few more solid wins to get into the top 10

People need to show their P4P top 10 list.
