However he is not the finished article. Just look at the Rees fight. Broner was swinging almost in slow motion the first few rounds as Rees was moving a lot. Once Rees kinda gassed / Broner settled, it quickly fell into his hands and the speed came back, but if Paulie can utilize good movement and good hand/foot speed to frustrate Broner, this could be a tricky long fight.
As others in the thread have pointed out, Broner was a big 135er, and is still filling out. Malignaggi does not have a size advantage. He does have an experience advantage and will present a different challenge to any other fighter Broner has been in with. Let's not forget, the first fighter he couldn't blast through (Ponce De Leon) was a tough fight to score.
Paulie is a 12 round fighter (he's had to be) with good stamina and a good chin with a lot of experience. I rate Broner highly, but he'll do well to stop Malignaggi. I don't think Broner has an aggressive enough game to do it (e.g. like Khan).
