There is no "140 lb division" it's the Junior Welterweight division which is from 136lbs to a maximum weight limit of 140lbs. Anything between 140 and 147 is Welterweight.

Lucas Matthysse officially had his fight with Peterson at 141, which is the WW division. Officially it was a welterweight fight so why isnt he a ranked WW?

For 3 reasons

1) He has yet to beat a top 10 ranked ww
2) He is a hypejob and the rankings reflect that
3) Danny may cripple this guy
