Since he is not willing to move up or down in weight or fight any catweight fights he should go after froch but it appears he doesnt want to.Am a fan of the guy but this is ridiculous he lives in the west coast but wont ever mention about fightin in vegas the boxing capital. Am starting to think hes scared of the place because he acts like hes too good to fight anywhere besides his hometown, with that in mind suck it up ward and just go fight froch stop trynna cherry-pick a chavez-jr Thats sergio's next years payday lol you'll have yur chance when sergio retires , plus theres a very good boy named 3G thats gonna go after ward maybe next year its not gonna happen because ward is proably gonna ask for a catch-weight of 172 since he knows GGG is way smaller smh lol

Do you think this is a bit of an overreaction? You want the second best boxer on the planet to retire because he isn't moving at the speed or direction you want him to? And you're a fan?

Ward doesn't strike me as the type of person who wants to stay in the sport for a very long time. I take it he'll probably retire around 32-34. He seems like an extremely family oriented person and if that's the case his health is of up most importance to him, plus we never hear about him having any financial issues so I take it he's being smart with the money he's earned. He probably follows Hopkins financial advice and invests his money in pretty safe stuff like bonds and index funds.

With his style he could last until his 40's but he doesnt want to be fighting at his age right now... Lol

The moves hes making now just make me think hes in the sport to just get signed with other companies not to get money for boxing itself.

He was perfectly fine with fighting Kelly Pavlik....

And now it seems as though he's begging Chavez Jr for a fight. I really don't know what he's doing but he's boring his way into irrelevancy.
