Another thread with Lacedup making himself look like the complete idiot that he is.

He claims the thread will flood with Klitschko fans calling them "Gods" and "The Greatest Of All Time"

After 40 posts neither of these things has happened one time even with all the Klitschko fans posting. In fact Lacedup could probably search this forum day and night and not find a single post from a Klitschko fan that actually calls them the greatest of all time.

Seems to me that the people who appreciate the Klitschko's will rank them top-5 all time. Hardly a nuthugging or over the top analysis when looking at the facts.

Then Lacedup (who has no problem with Haye's garbage ass career and resume) goes on about Wladimir not having a big win necessary to make him an all time great.

Nevermind that Rocky Marciano, Joe Louis or Larry Holmes ever had a truly significant win over a prime opponent during their historic careers.

Of course if you point this out that is when Lacedup goes over to boxrec and comes back and tells you how Marciano beat down the legendary Archie Moore on his 82nd birthday that Louis beat Max Scmeling and singlehandedly won World War II. He won't mention that Louis defended his title against guys with 9 or more losses on 13 separate occasions and even fought guys with 39 and 23 losses in consecutive defenses.

Mention Larry Holmes and he is sure to start inflating the value of beating the walking corpse of Muhammad Ali and the legendary Gerry Cooney. He won't mention Holmes struggling with a 15 fight pro like Tim Witherspoon or having the nerve to fight a 10 fight novice like Marvis Frazier.

Hell Laceup is probably in deep enough denial that he would tell you that Wlad and Vitali would also be easily beaten by a LHW like Michael Spinks in their first ever fight above 200 lbs.

Klitschko are not Gods right 100%

They're two robots, stiff as hell, no movements, glass jaws and fights small heavyweights and blown up light-heavyweights. Two garbage chumps. Can't wait for either of them to fight Deontay Wilder 29-0 ko's 29 or David "Nino" Rodriguez 36-0 ko's 34.

If it is you have to assume it's pro bono work since the guy hasn't fought in 18 months.

I might drive out to El Paso one of these weekends and see if I can catch him in a bar fight.

I was going to answer his question to me. However, after reading your post I no longer feel as if I have to. So, thanks!

This may be true, but are they really Tyson or Ali without these tools? The Klitschkos' size is a fundamental part of who they are and what they bring into the ring; take this element away and they cease to be Klitschkos, thus making that argument null and void.
Tyson's punching power is through skill and technique.

Ali's athleticism is through skill and technique.

The Klits' height isn't a skill or technique.

Who did he beat to make you claim such a powerful statement? What's his best win would you say? Haye? Byrd? - Who's was Byrd's best win? David Tua? Haye's best win? Valuev? None of these guys can make you say Wlad's the GOAT when they would be nothing but average in other eras.

This is a not a criticism of Wlad as per say, because he's indeed a great fighter who could probably hang with anyone. But I can't say for sure, because he didn't hang with everyone. He hung with a lot of bums and mediocre fighters and was KOd three times by mediocre fighters.

Yeah, what's wrong with a bit of trolling to get your fire lit?

You forseen this, warned them against it and STILL these Klitlickers are thick enough to post it!!

You may have had a point if the Klit bros had no skill or technique. And there height may not be a skill but they definitely use it to their advantage. So, in that that sense it is in fact part of their technique.

You know, I bet you leaned back and thought that you put forth quite a lucid and logical argument there. In fact, its quite the opposite. All you did was support the the position you ostensibly opposed; that the Klitschko's success is due to their distinct size advantage. Their success clearly is due to their size. What other attributes do they possess that give them any advantage at all over other HWs? Not a single one. Anybody who thinks otherwise must have started watching fights at the start of the Klitschko era. Anybody who thinks otherwise should stop and imagine how successful either of the Klitschko's would have been had they been 6'1" and 215 lbs. That is roughly the size of a prime Evander Holyfield; a truly exceptional fighter who relied on skill, fitness and heart to contend with and beat the best of the HW division. If Evander would have been 6'6' and weighed 255lbs he would have literally KILLED every single one of his opponents at HW.

Dont be a an idiot. This guy is a notorious loser, hated by almost everyone on this forum. If you'd read my post you'd see I actually tried to put forward a valid argument. If you have nothing to come back with, then that's fine. But don't go on that bandwagon crap. Hitman always says I would say this and that, but I've never said it. And yes I'm fine with Hayes resume. But I'm not claiming he's the best of all times am I? Am I even claiming he's the best of his era? No. The top two? Nope. Best fighter in Britain even? No. So the standards to which I measure them are different.
