First... Guerrero will be the first to admit he's faced much bigger punchers than Mayweather and that at no point in the fight was he in trouble of being taken out. So ask yourself..... why didn't he press the action and let his hands go when Mayweather was standing right in front of him?

We all know why..... because Money is the counter king and he makes you pay again and again and again with counters that you never see coming.... you freeze up because your brain has no way of processing whats happening (review the last fight and see how many times Guerrero is in range and refuses to let his hands go... its astonishing)

As far as Floyd getting clipped..... You know good and d@mn well this is exactly what every big strong puncher has said about their chances against Floyd since it all started with Diego Corrales (R.I.P.).

Since the Corrales fight the list of bigger punchers, and stronger guys going down in defeat to Money has continually grown..... no need for a list because we all know their names.

Like Money always says... "its different when you get in there".

Canelo's brain is going to get short circuited.... just like all the others.

I agree, its more than a coincidence that all Floyd opponents punch output is significantly lower than normal when they fight him. Don't know about all the dramatic short circuiting stuff though. I think he simply hits harder than people admit and people get tired of getting countered with sharp, accurate punches.

first thing u need to learn trout speed vs floyd speed? miles apart

canelo boxing looks like in slow motion and stiff
he aint got the foot speed and handspeed to go along with his boxing skills

dude at mosleys age right now i bet even snail will look like the flash for him

I agree. Have to think he's got to be pissed about the potential ppv buys and tickets this fight will sell and his greedy ass isn't involved with any of it.

People always say why didnt such and such do this or that against Floyd. It is not a coincidence these fighters cannot get their offense going. Boxing is 90% mental and Floyd fights are perfect examples of the mental aspect of boxing (Ward's fights too). It is not that Floyd's opponents don't want to pressure or fight or do whatever, it is just that they get mentally defeated on many occasions. Obviously Floyd hits harder than people expect because none of his opponents afterwards say he cannot punch and you can see their faces getting busted up sometimes. Speed and precision = power many times. I don't agree with Arum and I think Canelo has a good chance of winning to be honest. I will have to wait until fight night to see how it plays out. All I know is that Canelo better fight 3 minutes of every round, and have no lapses or being gassed. Also if he cannot hurt or mentally break Floyd he has a real uphill battle come Sept.

Is it me or wasn't Arum saying just a month or so ago that Floyd would never fight a guy like Canelo?

Now all of a sudden he doesn't have a chance once the fight was signed?

Canelo has not been fighting the fighters/boxers to prepare him for Floyd Mayweather. He has been coddled up until Trout. He's big and young but he has nothing that Mayweather hasn't seen before but Mayweather has everything Canelo hasn't seen before. One sided fight in favor of Mayweather.

Floyds last fight was a smoke screen just like his made up problem with Bob Arum Floyd fought a can. He's def the smartest in boxing though he fools everyone.
