That will be the last time you throw names or insult anyone on here.

So i'm asking you why Canelo's statement regarding 150 doesn't apply. floyd jabbed manny and made himself a hypocrite a year later-that should have no bearing on you posting that what canelo aid was over a year ago and therefore void.
If Canelo cannot make 150, then his offer does not apply. Floyd did not make an offer, he DEMANDED that Canelo do what he ACCUSED Pac of doing and that is being a HYPOCRITE! The Boxing world does not expect a fighter to make a weight they cannot make. Canelo is not being demanded by the Boxing public to make a weight he offered TWO years ago!! Floyd is being demanded to justify hypocritical statements which he cannot possibly defend!!

But floyd said what he said over a year ago as well. So i just asked why Canelo's statements regarding fighting at 150 had expired to you. You dont know if he can make 150 or not. All you can go by-same as you do with floyd- is what he said.

I'm not asking for a comparison of what was said. I am trying to understand how a poster looking to evaluate hypocricy picks and chooses which facts s/he uses in their evaluation.
One is an offer, the other a statement of principle. Offers may expire, for example in 3 months you can go from 14 days testing ok, 7 days not enough. You can have less roadblocky offer withdrawals, like for example a 21 year old will gain weight in 18 months and may find it impossible to make the same weight he could way back.

But principles, they're supposed to last. Like if you say CWs are not ok and invalidate the result, that holds now and 3 years out. I'm sure you'll struggle with this, since yours are more situational, but look it up in the dictionary, this is what is meant by "principles" and conversely a lack of.

no he held Canelo to his statements-like you and others are doing to floyd. floyd isn't being asked to defend anything-we all know he's a hypocrite.

you don't know what Canelo can make. He said it so he can make it. the "he said it" is the standard you are applying to floyd so keep the same standard for canelo. thats what my initial post to you was about. not weight, not hypocricy, not the boxing public but you and the double standard you applied in this instance.

Nice try. but canelo didn't make an offer- he stated what he would do for a floyd fight. floyd didn't stae principles-he hyped up cotto for his fight by claiming he felt cotto was undefeated because of the CW.

either way the statements have no bearing on how a poster picks and chooses facts.

There is no standard for differences! I already told you NO ONE holds a fighter to do what they cannot do and Canelo has already said he cannot make 150. Floyd IS accountable to explain his hypocrisy! Two different statements! You have to FIND a line where Canelo verbally assaults another fighter for not going down in weight to have a comparison!

Wrong! Floyd said " I AM NOT THAT KIND OF GUY!" That is stating a PRINCIPLE! He would have omitted that if he wasn't trying to make the public think he is better than that, which he obviously is not. He clearly indicated that "I am a better person than Pac because I don't stoop to making a fighter lose weight." Guess what? According to Floyd himself, he stooped. Canelo did not stoop to a low by insutling another fighter and going out and doing the same thing. Use DISCERNMENT!!

He stated it 18 months ago as a 21 year old. He was probably 164 fight night. So why the catchweight then, the guy is not even a big SWW? I mean he can make 150, and will be able to do that forever, right?

i don't even know what to say about your conclusion. i guess read it twice, and think about it hard. cause you're a habitual abuser, and you're doing it right here with this half baked comparison

you took that as him saying he's a better person than manny and not as him making cotto look more like a threat? seriously? ok.

not comparing statements. asking a poster why he put a time limit on one and not the other. already agreed floyd was a hypocrite. never said canelo was.
