  • Oscar has a good point here about himself in my opinion he's right he did well against Floyd if you watch the replay Oscar was having a lot of success that night fight was really close but... Canelo ain't Oscar Oscar is a much better boxer than Canelo he's strong and all but he don't have the boxing skill that Oscar has Canelo didn't really show me too much against trout either I think it's goin to be an easy night for Floyd don't think he'll be back up at 154 either guys are too big for him.

    • I like Floyd and I'm a big fan of his work but this was a straight up sissy move by Floyd. I wanna fight the best at their most comfortable weight. **** outta here

        • 152 only helps Floyd.

It's different if Canelo trains and makes 152 because he wanted to and could make it than it being enforced upon him. Just having this discussion on every day proves that it's a big deal ...... Canelo has a low work-rate yet still has stamina issues. Forcing that Canelo to come down to 152 is NOT an advantage for Canelo.

Oscar knows what's up and what people are saying. Floyd attempted to subdue Canelo's sole advantage leading into the fight and got Canelo to agree to come in at 152 ..... Floyd will still have all his advantages. Oscar wants to bring that hype barometer back up as its dropped a bit.

          • De La Hoya is correct. I still have the 24-7 show where Floyd talked about fighting Cotto at Cottos more comfortable weight of 154 - and he bashed Pac for doing the catch weight thing. Floyd is dangerous when afraid though, however, Canelo will punch his face and let Floyd taste the heat. LLLLoooollll

            • This is coming from a huge Mayweather supporter that doesn't like CW's...especially for titles! I don't agree with CW's especially when the CW is only applied to certain fighters. I have a question for the people that want to hear an explanation from us Floyd fans...WHAT DO YOU GUYS WANT US TO DO SINCE FLOYD IS USING A CW AND BEING A HYPOCRITE...NOT LIKE HIM AS A FIGHTER ANYMORE??? Most don't agree with it but what voice do we have at the negotiation table...NONE! The show must go on...right? I talked ish about the punk moves Pac did...never stopped me from watching his fights though.

Floyd fans are the most consistent when it comes to calling his fights. Most posters against him don't believe he will lose but rather hope, wish and pray like Oscar be doing.

And has dropped drastically off of the majority of P4P and rankings. Sure he is still a big name but he ain't at the top no more like he was prior. How are these facts hating?

Mayweather said what he said over a year ago. Canelo said what he said over a year ago. why are you only holding Mayweather to what he said and not Canelo?

                    • Now there's no reason not to have the new Catchweight King fight the former Catchweight King. It's time to decide who the real catchweight king is.
