You don't sit on a belt for 1+ years if no intention to defend. Floyd just recently claimed he would defend his 154 belt. Didn't mention the CW at the time. I don't feel like fishing for links, but you're telling me you never saw him boast about being 2x and #1 at 154?

Let me add to this when Floyd was about to fight cotto at 154 his groupies was cheering him on boasting about how Floyd now fights at 154 and all of a sudden now they switch up hahaha!!!

dont lie and overexaggerate what 1 or 2 posters may have written just to make a point. floyd kept his ww title and almost evryone on NSB assumed his next fight would be 147 against the berto-ghost winner.
