thats part of the reason why heavyweights are bigger today. most of these guys are fighting 30 pounds over their natural fighting weight. a guy like arreola should be fighting at 220. instead he comes in at 240 +

It's been ridiculous for a while IMO.

Either get back to fight afternoon weigh in's or stick a 10lb rehydration max on it, that would also weed a lot of guys out of divisions that they dont really belong in.
