I think the styles would make an entertaining fight, similar to Hopkins-Pascal. Stevenson can hurt Hopkins and Hopkins can take advantage of Stevensons flaws and pop him repeatedly.

It would be awesome if Hopkins stopped Stevenson. Then retire on a high note or maybe a fight in philly on his 50th Birthday lol

Good point, Stevenson does come in throwing bombs similar to Pascal, but doesn't have the work rate to outwork Hopkins for 12 rounds like Calzaghe and Dawson did. I'd like to see it next. If Hopkins becomes lineal LHW champ AGAIN, I'll just be in even more of awe of him

          Bellew is Stevenson's mandatory.

            Another handpicked style for BHOP...

            What a joke

Props for him still fighting at this age and beating younger guys.. but its what he's done throughout his career..

He wouldn't dare fight a ward because ward is not made for him..

Unlike the likes of Pavlik, stevenson and Cloud.. slow not particuarly skillful guys

B-Hop is salivating after what happened tonight; he should be calling Stevenson's promoter tonight because there's no better option for him at 175. Stevenson is another opponent that has a great style for him to continue to garner accolades. He'd decision him.

I like seeing B-Hop make history and the best fight the best, but B-Hop's fighting style, at this point, is an acquired taste (it's the clinching... not the boxing) and his fights just aren't piquing my interest. I rather see Adonis fight Ward, Pascal, Cloud, Bellew, Cleverly, Kovalev, or even a Dawson rematch before losing his title to Bernard.

as all of his fights are; i would be expecting another trinidad performance though

48 year old Hopkins dominating the poll results so far.

Hopkins should push for this fight.

                    Easy fight for him.

This fight makes the most sense next. Would be big in Canada.
A terrible style matchup for Stevenson. Hopkins can't handle the high work rate opponents with above average speed which is why Calzaghe and Chad beat him but Stevenson is not those guys. Hopkins would dictate the pace to a crawl and do just enough to win a decision over a very frustrated Adonis.
