I don't like the Angulo/Hunter pair, two differing styles where they just don't mesh for long-term success...

I am with you. It reminds me of the McGirt-Panchito pairing back in the day. Panchito was on the rise and once he got with Buddy he went down hill and has never been heard from again.Comment

Angulo though can't stay in the mix - in his last fight with Silva, Silva actually made Angulo back up a lot. Don't forget Silva was a blown up welterweight, this was a tune up fight for Angulo. Angulo wants to be a brawler, but in my opinion as soon as he gets countered or hit he backs off.
I think this is as much a test for Angulo as it is for Hunter. Hunter is supposed to be a great trainer because of Andre Ward, but Mike Dallas got knocked out, Amir Khan still struggles hard, Ward is out until the end of the year, so there's pressure on Hunter to win.Comment

I would like to see El perro win but thinks its going to look alot like Lara's fight with PWill, Angulo is too available and easy to hit when he gets close he will be grabbed and his offense smothered.Comment

I bet most of everyone here saying Lara takes it also said that Peterson would take Matthysse right? I got Angulo hurting Lara. as for Silva, he was a f ucke n tankComment

The skill/talent disparity between Lara/Angulo is much wider than Matts/Peterson. I picked Matthysse and I'm picking Lara. Lara is a better boxer than Peterson and Matthysse is better than Angulo.Comment
