This is nothing like Couture vs Toney. That was an mma fight, this will be a boxing match. Jones hasn't got to worry about kicks, knees, elbows, takedowns, he just has to worry about boxing. Not so one sided as people might think. I still think Silva wins, too light on his feet and still has his reflexes but I wouldn't write Jones off.

      Ya'll Musta Forgot!

Poor Roy. Prior to his jaw being shattered by "the magic man" in 2004, Roy was the most electrifying boxer out there but this is just embarrassing. Let Silva fight any of the top five Super Middleweights.

Anderson Silva would get his sh^t pushed in by some part time dishwasher from Wisconsin on an ESPN undercard in a boxing match,

Being considered a "good boxer" in MMA is like being a smart kid in remedial class.

doubt hes trying to prove anything except to himself. silva has boxed as a pro in the past its not like he dont have a clue

10 years? And the rest! Considering his best wins were Hopkins in 1993 and Toney in 1994.

                You underestimate Anderson.

Despite all of his shortcomings Silva is first and foremost a great fighter in his relative prime. Putting on some boxing gloves and getting in a boxing ring does not diminish all of his combat experience against high level competition.

You can put a great fighter in any combat sport and they should be able to hold their own if not excel.

jones is doing a decent job commentating. he should just leave it at that and retire from active boxing or any other physical combatent sports.its all about age and health.
