I originally had Mike but switched after I saw the weighins and heard rumors of Mike going back to his partying ways.

Both guy gave everything but Provodnikov imposed his will on Alvarado and would not be denied, this guy is a monster. Ruslan is one of best pressure fighter around right now, very few fighters can keep him off.

Any one think that Alvarado needs a long rest, been in some brutal wars and might not be the same afterwards if you know what I mean, but like Roy Jones said "He took it like a man"

This has to be the worst weekend in Alvarado's life. First he gets TKO'd and his Broncos lose the next day.
