He should have been the one fighting Pacquiao, this win may just be the ticket he needs.
There's few fighters that could've absorbed the beating Bradley did that night, but it doesn't change the fact that he did fight out of character and Prov had more success than he should've had. Alvarado knows what to expect, and though he isn't the boxer/mover that Bradley is, he's shown that he can remain disciplined against pressure. He'll also have the power and size that Bradley didn't have. I think Prov's best chance is to apply a wicked amount of pressure and get the KO early.

I'm not one to read a fight by weigh ins, but man, Alvarado looks terrible in some of the pics I have seen.

As far as Provo, going into the Bradley fight, I picked Tim winning by a competitive, fairly wide UD. What we got was a FOTY candidate. I had seen Provo numerous times on FNF, and though he was a major league tough S.O.B., but thought Bradley would simply out box him.

I was leaning towards Alvarado by a **** hair before Friday, but I'm taking Provo now.

5 trillion, if anybody is up for it.

I wonder if Provonikov's stamina will hold up especially fighting in the denver altitude

Provodnikov looks like he got alvarado shook judging from the face off and the weigh in Alvarado took a month to sign the contract he sounds like he doesnt want the beating that Bradley took.

Heard that Alvarado went back to his partying ways.

I'm changing my pick to Ruslan Provodnikov

Any man who stares death in the face will have atleast some fear. Ruslan ready to light the candles and pray for poor Mike.
