He asked how Kostya would do in the current 140 division but yeah I'd pick prime Phillips over Khan, Peterson & many other top fighters of today at 140.

I would pick Tsyzu to beat all of them except Matthysse. I think Matthysse would KO Tsyzu but Tsyzu is a dangerous fight for anyone. Khan is moving to 147 and Peterson may not be the same anymore.Rios, Alvarado, and Garcia are all good fighters but I think Matthysse is the superstar of 140.

I'd probably pick Matthysse and Bradley over him.

Based on the fact Vince Phillips stopped KT, fighters of today that give KT movement would beat him.

Being real, Tsyzu was a smart boxer with a very accurate lazer bomb of a straight right. I don't care how Judah fought, Tsyzu would land that punch and KO Judah sooner or later in my opinion. If he fought Judah 10 times I really believe he would KO Judah 10 times. Tsyzu had not really peaked yet when Phillips stopped him. Tsyzu had a very strong run of fights after the loss to Phillips and was rated in the top 3or 4 pfp. fighters in the world when Phillips was finished. I think Tsyzu would have KOed Phillips in a rematch. If you think Judah would have won a rematch with Tsyzu I respect your opinion.

KT was the champion when he fought Phillips, KT was past the midway in his career, he was in his prime. A focused Judah would have beaten KT.

Speaking of the Phillips vs Tsyzu fight here is it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwiXc-WN4_Y

                  KT has terrible defense.

Tszyu matches up well with the current guys, at his best he would have Ko'd most of them. I think he would have outboxed Mattysse, but that would be a dangerous fight, the reason why I like Tszyu over him is because, it's actually a compliment to Lucas that he brings educated smart pressure, but to beat Tszyu you needed to be reckless and bring animal type pressure at the risk of being KO'd. I think in this fight Tszyu at his best would have time to get off and pick Mattyysse off with hard shots. Vince Phillips upset Tszyu, but probably shortened his own life in the process, I think it was one of those situations where Tzsyu may have overlooked him a little, but he was also a little more rangy and an extremely hard hitting jww like Matthysse.

Tzsyu vs Garcia would be a tough fight also, I would expect some knockdowns and both guys being hurt, but Tzsyu had faster hands and through straighter and hit that bit harder with more accuracy, I expect those things to make the difference. Garcia has a chance in this fight, but Kostya was better period.

Bradley is the guy I think gives him the most problems, because he has fast hands and he can go in there and be an animal, and swarm Tzsyu and give him no time to think. He also has an unbelievable chin and powers of recovery so yeah lots of qualities to get the job done. Prime vs prime I expect a see-saw battle and I will sit on the fence on this one.

I like kosta alot but his 140 division was kinda weak, he did have some great wins and handled business.

I do think kosta would own the current 140 guys, especially khan, garcia, and peterson,,,
I do think lucas could be his vince phillips and catch kosta with something huge and put him out...
                      Just my opinion

                      Please discuss
In his prime, Tsyzu would blow through this division like a tornado.
