After this fight Floyd should retire and write a book about how important catchweights are in the sport of boxing.

I'm sure all of his fans would buy it.

No Floyd should fight Matthysse once he bodybags Garcia. That fight is sellable. Imagine the highlights of Matthysse to the casual fan? It'd be cool to see Matthysse on all access as well.

Matthysse has had a bunch of welter fights.

No, any 2 time 154 champ that would fight somebody from 140 would be a cherry picker, not just your beloved Floyd.

Dude is Money. He can retire now and never lift a finger. He fights because he wants to, it's in his blood, and he'll continue to fight as long as he cares to do so.

If he beats Canelo, it'll be his best win since Hatton. Based on what's out there as far as future matches, nothing really stands out and look competitive. Might as well go out with the best win. And dare I say, just retire and maybe come back in a year or two if someone rises up.

Everyone said he'd duck Canelo, that he wouldn't take the risk. He proved "us" naysayers wrong, myself included and getting that win against a prime, undefeated fighter who holds several advantages, well that should shut up everyone's beef. We can still b!tch about him ducking prime Cotto, prime Margarito and prime Pacquiao, but its 2013 and he's fighting the guy everyone said he'd duck.

So now Lucas will be a cherry pick after he wipes out the entire 140 division? Even though Lucas and Floyd are close to the same size? Bunch of cry babies on this forum.
