It would make more sense to have fight night weight limit. Must be between 150-160, no lower no higher. Floyd must weigh at least 150 and vis verse for Canelo.

RELOADED and other Floyd fans kept on telling us the following so now we should be asking this:

"Why does Floyd ask Canelo, who already has stamina issues, to fight at a CW of 152?"

Answer: "Because Floyd wants to weaken Canelo"

Again this is hypocritical for anyone who critise the Pac-Cotto catch weight fight to back or try to justify this Mayweather-Canelo catch weight at 152, Moreso even more hypocritical for those that backed the Pac-Cotto catch weight at 145 now trying to critise the Mayweather-Canelo 152 catch weight. This is what happens when boxing fans becomes fan boys, if you stick on your word then you wouldn't have to flip flop just because your favourite fighter flip flopped.

          Point #1 I agree but I don't fully agree with point #2

Floyd has been at 147+ since 2005 and has fought twice at 154 and currently holds a title there and is #1 P4P.

Manny was fighting at 130 in 2008 and then fought Cotto in 2009.

Other big difference is that Canelo has a huge stamina/work-rate problem to resolve. I can't see going down to 152 helping, RIGHT? ..... it may actually weaken Canelo and make the problem worse than it already is ..... and its bad to begin with.

Floyd isnt making Canelo do ****. If Canelo doesnt wanna fight at 152 and cannot make the weight properly then he shouldnt take the fight simple as that. Just like Dawson and Cotto and plenty of others dont get to fall back on "i was weight drained" then neither does Alvarez with me.

lol at all the justifications floyd fans are trying to dish out. regardless of your stance against catchweights (personally, i don't care much if both sides already agreed, as long as both sides comply with the agreed weights), floyd is a hypocrite for criticizing catchweights just two fights ago and then now asking from canelo.

                      Seriously, 152-154, it's a 2lb difference, why doesn't Floyd just fight him at 154? It's a 2lb difference.
