I reckon khans speed and offensive skill will help him outwork mayweather for the first part of the fight. I then expect mayweather's countering and timing to catch up to khan for a from behind, 8th to 10th round stoppage.

No it aint. If Khan beats Alexander at 147, he deserves a shot at Floyd.

Don't worry, he won't beat Alexander at 147. I don't see Khan makin it to Floyd unless it is his very next fight. That chin is too glassy. He's gonna lose again unless he keeps fighting C-rated fighters

So Khan's trainer is basically saying... "fight mayweather because he's going to retire.... you're not going to win... but at least you can say you fought him"...... even his own coach knows khan is a piece of $h!t fighter.

You better prepare khan properly and fix those mistakes in khans last fight then.

But of course khan has to take Floyds offer. Khan is still work in progress but under the circumstances described, with Floyds retirement looming in as less as 5 fights time, strike now khan.
Im sure khan has one great performance in him, i dont think weve seen it yet so who knows.

                  Exactly.

The winner of that fight is an obvious option for Mayweather.

If Khan gets the Mayweather fight for the end of the year (Which I don't think he will)

Then he needs to Head over to america for the rest of the year a couple of weeks after getting married to start work... Talking 1-2 months of boxing work then 2 months for pre-fight his camp.
