Sulaiman is just acting like a jealous hooker, he's just scared that Gilberto Mendoza is getting a piece of his action.

Canelo does what he wants and nobody tells him what to do. he knows he's a star.

GBP can't tell him anything nor can the WBC. they just want that money and Canelo knows he's a cash cow.

Man, I normally don't post but this is ridiculous. This is a prime example of why all of the sanctioning bodies need to be done away with & boxing's dealings need to be streamlined. This is one of my favorite sports, but the fact that these money grubbing hyenas have the clout to effect or order anything is completely absurd. Sulaiman is such a leech on the sport it is pitiful, I'd be happy to trash that belt & move on. It's nice looking but clearly not worth the headache of anyone ordering any fighter to do anything...

as others have mentioned Danny Garcia & Mayweather are WBA/WBC champs and they haven't been given an ultimatum of which belt to keep

**given that Canelo is a big time draw, I say Canelo wait it out. I don't see Sulaiman being dumb enough to strip Canelo

as financially it's not a good move and it would give the WBC a ton of negative backlash
