Lol @ everybody wanting Ward to travel so he gets robbed, that's the only reason. Dude almost got robbed in his first fight with Froch after dominating him, if that same exact fight had taken place in the UK, wth Ward dominating him then Froch wins by robbery.

Why is Andre "Hometown" Ward Reluctant to Face Froch in the UK?

He was the only guy out of the entire "super duper six" tourney who never fought in the opponent's back yard. Whatever, it doesn't matter, we all know that despite the 0, he isn't a draw and will HAVE to give into he opponent's demands if he wants a payday. Either that or do commentating 100% which I wouldn't mind.

why should he go out of his way to fight Froch in Britain, or anywhere?
this guy is so high on the p4p list, yet so under the radar, that maybe going to the uk and getting robbed would do wonders for his marketability...dudes like this dude have to do something out of the ordinary just to get media attention because just fighting style alone, ehhh, people would rather watch a pitcher's duel...lets face it man, andre ward is an acquired taste, even for hardcore fight fans....
even if he fought somebody as overmatched as manny pacquaio, a guy he could ko right now with a headbutt, at the negotiating table he'd have zero leverage....lol

two, three threads on here with folk with the same complaint on andre "unmarketable" ward...do the math son...you say andre ward in sports bars and nobody gives a s**t...
i'm not even the biggest carl froch fan mind yous, but i'm a bigger non fan, of andre (son of bernard) ward...
the point is, andre ward, has no leverage, even with a guy he beat decisively...tough pill to swallow for you apparently...lol
lol...like puffy said to biggie, he'll be just another broke mixtape rapper...

Look, there is no way that Froch beats him if he fights he same way he did last time. If Ward steps on he gas and hurts Froch a few times along the way, Froch won't get the nod. He has to face it though, the days of everyone coming to Cali are pretty much over if he wants to fight "big names". I think he and Golovkin would make for a decent scrap once Golovkin fights Macklin. He would have some leverage there possibly and Golovkin would definitely move up for the fight.
