Froch needs more than a hometown advantage to beat Ward. If I were a Froch fan, I won't be calling for this rematch in the UK, I wouldn't want Ward to humiliate Forch in front of his people.

Ward is a complete joke of a champion. Who in their right mind cleans out a division and is scared to move up in weight - calling out dudes he already beat for rematches. He could easily go to LHW and get a shot at one of those belt holders. If I were Froch I would ignore Ward until Ward's wife has to get a job to help support the family. Then, he can bring Ward to the U.K. for about $1.5M (still a career high payday for Ward).

Froch doesn't care about losing - he just wants it to be a fair boxing match, not a hugging/headbutt/hold fest.

I'm listening to a radio show and Ronnie Shields said "I agree with Froch the rematch has to be in England not in the USA"

I'm American. I think Ward should go fight Froch in the UK. I don't really see any better opportunities for him.

I would care if there wasnt such a class difference between them. I mean its like hatton asking for a rematch with floyd. Frochs best chance is robbery.

people get the Froch-Ward fight confused with his other fights. Froch was the toughest opponent Ward faced so far. Two judges had that fight 115-113.. Froch needed one more round to make it a draw.

I had it 116-112 Ward personally. Still Froch won the last 3 rounds so it's not like Hatton/Mayweather.. Hatton just got worse as the fight went on, Froch got better and won the later rounds. Maybe he figured out Ward by the end of the fight or maybe Ward just got tired but the momentum was with Froch when that fight ended.

Did you forget Ward fought with 1 hand?

                      Ward isn't a KO fighter
going overseas is a dangerous game for non punchers to play
robberies happen everywhere; fighting on foreign soil doubles the risk
not to mention Ward already holds a decisive victory over Froch
why should he go out of his way to fight Froch in Britain, or anywhere?
