"He really did some things to tighten up holes in his defense in the gym. I'm impressed with what I'm seeing." Followed by Max asking "what do you see that he did or that is different?" With Ward responding "he isn't get hit as much."
Well if he isn't getting hit as much as the previous fight, doesn't that mean he did tighten up or get better on defense?

Not at all sounded like a guy who has already beat both of these guys in clear victories, yet these same two guys were fighting for "championships" while he was sitting ringside. Don't get me wrong the fight was great but Ward and the rest of the world (Except the UK and Denmark) know whats up. It's a shame only because Ward should be a bigger name here in the States.

Don't know if I'd call it jealousy, but he did get kind of annoying at times.

He seemed pissed that fans there were excited about the fight they were witnessing. An exciting exchange would happen and fans would go crazy, ward would retort with some cheeky comment like 'that's cause they are not that good'.

Malignaggi > Ward. Showtime commentary> HBO commentary. Not even close IMO.

Come on it was regular hometown fans going crazy on every swing wether it landed or not just as the case is with most fighters in the same situation. And because hebeat them both easily, maybe he doesn't believe they are very good. But he was fair

To me he seemed to like Kessler more on a personal level and I get it. Froch talks a lot more then Kessler. I love the way Froch fights but his attitude and personality can be abrasive. It is that mind set that makes him a good fighter though.
